Welcome to the family Coach Oumar 💜

Oumar Djiba is a former professional, semi-professional, and collegiate soccer player with over a decade of coaching experience. Throughout his career, he has trained youth and elite athletes across the Austin area, helping develop players who now compete at the NCAA Division I level and within MLS NEXT academies.⚽️

As Technical Director for Galaxy Soccer Round Rock, Oumar oversees the club’s player development pathway and coaching standards, while mentoring athletes pursuing collegiate and professional opportunities. Several players he has worked with have progressed to the professional ranks, including opportunities with Austin FC.⚡️

Oumar is also the founder and owner of Chiennee Soccer Training (CST), a personal development company dedicated to elite technical training and high-performance player development.🦾

His coaching philosophy centers on technical excellence, tactical intelligence, discipline, and confidence, preparing players to compete and succeed at the NCAA, MLS NEXT, and professional levels.‼️

After weeks of preparation, hard work, and staying locked in, we finally stepped into our first preparation game against Kingdom FC @kingdomctx 🖤

A lot of time, sacrifice, and unseen work went into getting to this point. Even though we didn’t get the result we wanted, this is exactly why we play these games , We keep pushing each other to be better every single day. This is just one step in a much bigger journey 🦾

Now it’s back to the grind. Heads up, confidence high, and full focus on the next game. We’re building something that takes time, discipline, and belief… and we’re all in 💪⚽️

First practice in the books. ⚽

A strong start but just the beginning. The standard is set early, and we’re building it on discipline, focus, and accountability. Every drill had intent. Every rep had purpose. We’re not here to go through the motions we’re here to improve, to compete, and to demand more from ourselves and each other. 🗡️❗️

The work won’t always be loud, but it will always be consistent. Day by day, we lay the foundation. This is where habits are formed. This is where identity is built. 💜
